Attorney Mark Smigiel was born in Montgomery, Alabama and raised in Central Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University in 1994 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Southern Methodist University and Dedman School of Law in 1997. A member of the American Bar Association and the El Paso Bar Association, Mr. Smigiel is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and has been practicing law for nine years.
